We are seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join our small passionate team at our award-winning 4.5-star boutique hotel in the eastern suburbs.

You must have a proven history of working in a kitchen of the high standard, have a genuine passion for food and be highly motivated.

The successful candidate must possess the following experience in:

  • Assist with stock control including stock ordering, stock take and wastage control
  • Food safety
  • Experience in restaurant and function settings
  • Producing quality food and have attention to detail
  • Adhering to set policy, procedure, and standards
  • The ability to work flexible hours on a seven-day roster, including nights and weekends if required
