This is a newly created combined role of Front Office and Reservation Manager at Canterbury International Hotel in Forest Hill.

We are looking for someone who can access our untapped markets and add to our already well-performing business.

What will make you shine, is having a positive attitude, a flexible approach, and the ability to support and communicate effectively with the hotel team.

Your previous experience in the corporate and leisure market will ensure you can meet our guests' expectations while maximizing our rates and occupancy.

Reporting directly to the General Manager will ensure yield strategies are implemented and property targets are met.

Your ability to solve problems and think on your feet will make you perfect for the role. 

This role will draw on your natural sales flair and ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships to fulfill our service philosophy.

We are looking for a confident communicator with a natural sales style who promotes the conversion of enquiries to sales.

This role requires for a high level of computer literacy. 

You will have an exceptional ability to think ahead and forecast accordingly, also possessing a strong understanding of yield management. 

Apart from the reservations responsibilities, we are looking for a confident Front Office Manager.
