Due to their recent success, rapid growth and expansion into Sydney there seeking a professionally presented, motivated, driven and hardworking office administrator to join the team.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the overall recruitment process
  • Candidate resourcing using online channels and database
  • Screen and shortlist resumes
  • Booking applicants for appointments
  • General reception and hosting duties
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on recruitment
  • Performing weekly invoicing
  • Supporting the Managing Director as an Admin Assistant
  • General Administration duties


  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Strong ability to build rapport
  • Goal orientated and enthusiastic
  • Strong attention to detail

  • High level on Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
